Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend processing a return for a refund and then placing a new order for the correct item.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
· Unused and in its original condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
· In its original packaging: The product's original box, case, or packaging must be included and undamaged.
· Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
· Returned within 3 days of delivery: The item must be postmarked within this timeframe.
3. What Items Are Non-Returnable?
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

· [e.g., Personal care items (e.g., electric shavers, massagers)]
· [e.g., Intimate or sanitary goods]
· [e.g., Custom-made or personalized products]
· [e.g., Items on final sale/clearance]
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service team within the eligible return period at support@king-deals.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
3. Ship your item to the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
5. Return Shipping Costs
· Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.
· Prepaid Return Label: If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
· Timing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
· Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied for opened but undamaged items, but we will communicate this clearly beforehand.
· Delayed Refunds: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at support@king-deals.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will quickly arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, including a prepaid return label.
8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items bought on sale or final clearance cannot be refunded.
